- Apply to dry skin - if applying sunblock to your breast area before applying Tanning Tops, use less greasy formula and allow to absorb for 20 minutes before applying Tanning Tops
- Remove Tanning Tops by gently bending away from liner
- Being careful not to drop Tanning Top or touch any surface you don’t want to stick to, try to center non-stick fabric to nipple
- Gently smooth out the shape out from nipple to minimize folds and air pockets
- When done for the day, gently pull the top off your skin similar to removing a bandage
