DELIVERY POLICY

SERVICE AVAILABILITY 

Products offered through dina4miami.com are available for delivery worldwide.

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

DELIVERY 

3-4 Business Days (Standard)

2-3 Business Days​ (Express)

Does not apply to weekends. Any next day order placed on Saturday will be received on Monday

Unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the Shipment Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Shipment Confirmation.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

7-15 Business Days (Standard)

3-6 Business Days to many major markets (Express)

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

UNABLE TO DELIVER 

Please note that an order can be delivered to a neighbor, in case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighbor address is upon judgment of the driver. Signature required orders which cannot be delivered will be returned to warehouse. The carrier will generally determine if the parcel can be left in a secure place at your delivery address. Your package may be returned to us if there is no safe place to leave the package at the point of delivery, where the package is safe from weather and is not visible to passersby. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 60 days of the delivery date. Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed your refund issued. Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at DINA's discretion to decide if the returned item has been soiled. If a item is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you would like to return your merchandise, use the return address. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking information. Customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipment​

For all refunds and exchanges, please fill out the Return & Exchange Form, get an email with DINA Returns address and send your item.

 

Returns Process
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form and enclose with your items. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around.

  2. Pack all items with in a mailer or reuse the original packaging. 

  3. Address your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.

  4. Drop it off at your local Post Office. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured Registered Post as DINA is not liable for lost return parcels.

  5. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.

  6. DINA will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product.

How do I return my order for an exchange or refund? 
Simply fill out the 
Return & Exchange Form, get an email from us with DINA Returns address and then send your item.

 

COLORS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on dina4miami.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

DAMAGES
DINA guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 50 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. DINA's suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
